The first step in your journey of becoming a Crusader.
Welcome to Claiborne Christian School and thank you for your interest. To formally begin the application process, please follow the steps below to complete our online application. A non-refundable fee of $22 is to be submitted with each application.
For K4 applicants, please contact Brooke Ferguson at brooke.ferguson@claibornechristian.orgto receive an email copy of the application as it is not online.
How to Apply
For your convenience, CCS uses a common online application that allows you to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account.
Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link.
Once you click the verification link, it will take you directly to log in to your account.
You will log in to your account and Create a New Student Application for your child.
What will I need to fill out the online application?
Please have the following items on hand while completing your application:
The name and email of your child’s current or most recent English and math teacher. If your child has the same teacher for both math and English, please enter that teacher’s name in both the Math and English sections.
The name and email of your child’s pastor. This can be a lead pastor, youth pastor, or children’s pastor.
A copy of your child’s unofficial transcript. A copy of their most recent report card will suffice if their school doesn’t provide transcripts.
A copy of your child’s diagnostic or psychological evaluation results (IEP/504), if applicable.
Next Steps After Submitting the Online Application
Once the application is complete and all documentation has been turned in…
Placement Testing - We will contact you to set your student up for testing in the subjects of English and math. This is a placement test that is required for all applicants.
Family Interview - Following testing, we will contact you to set up the family interview. The family interview is a requirement for all applicants in 1st-12th grade. This interview will include the applicant and parent/guardian.
Admissions Decision - After the family interview is complete, our leadership team will review all documents and information and make an admissions decision.
